I bought the Troika Rice and Beef Cabbage Rolls to enjoy over the Christmas holidays. Cabbage rolls were always a special treat in my family. We had them at Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and at any other special occasion. Sometimes we would have cabbage rolls and coffee for breakfast! I was VERY disappointed with the Troika Cabbage Rolls! The cabbage to rice and beef ratio was out of whack - way too much cabbage. Also, the cabbage was very tough. Even after having been cooked for over twenty minutes, it was hard to cut. The rice was very mushy - it had no "bite" to it at all. I wondered if they used minute rice. I am used to robust cabbage rolls that can be easily cut into pieces and have much better texture. Scrap your recipes Troika and get back in the kitchen. Your customers deserve better!
