Just ordered a Pizza from Royal and normally it's good so we order often. But the Pizza is expensive so when I picked up an order today and the Pizza was under cooked and doughy, my wife decided to call and let them know. The response was disappointing to say the least. The person my wife explained this to simply said "Ok, thanks for letting us know, we'll pass this on to the kitchen staff. When we are willing to pay extra because of the quality and the quality isn't there, then we look elsewhere next time. I realize you can't always be at your best, but when you're not, be better at your ownership of the situation. Any suggestions on Pizza places?

I had the best gluten free pizza, hands down. Wife had the regular pineapple/ham and said it was the best! Service was friendly and prompt/
