I shop here primarily for food products that aren't available in most grocery stores (eg quinoa, unscented soaps), but do on occasion also seek the consult of staff regarding vitamins and supplements. When you enter the shop you invariably see a customer deep in conversation with a staff member discussing various health issues and product options. The relaxed and friendly approach to customer service makes it easy to discuss important and even the most delicate health concerns, and the knowledgeable staff are worth talking with. I always wind up with exactly the right product, am never encouraged to buy anything above or beyond what I came to purchase, and as often as not their excellent advice has nothing to do with anything they sell - there's a genuine desire to help people behind their excellent customer service.
