  I have gone to this location for years and service gets worse every time. Today I went to KFC and when I ordered a $5 fill up meal. And when I looked at my chicken bowl it seamed to be about 1/3rd full and very liquidity. So I went up to the front and asked if the mashed potatoes were forgotten, he assured me that it was made properly and my brown soup was also how it is made. The clerk then said if I wanted he would remake it, but it wasn't going to be in the" fill up bowl" it was going to be in a much smaller container because "that's what the fill up bowls really are. So being hungry I agreed to it. When I recieved my container, it was this very little container. On the Kfc website it's advertised as "A larger portion portion." Had I known I was only going to reserve 66% less then what I was advertised in the "$5 fill up " ad in store at the cash. I would have gotten 2 or a larger size chicken bowl.

  if it was possible i would have given o stars. Pathetic experience, Unfriendly and unco-operative staff. Dont even know anything about customer staisfaction. use sarcastic behaviour as defence of their poor customer service skills. And sad part is still they get away with it. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit here. Disgusting experience. never coming back here
