I don't go here often but the times I have my order is messed up or I am told they don't have chicken.... It is a chicken restaurant and people come there to buy chicken, right?

This place is great. I had heard some negative reviews but when showed up they gave me free large gravy cause they did not have chicken and I had to settle for a crunch

Bought a chicken meal and extras for a special family dinner and it was overcooked, tough and burnt. Paid full price as I forgot my coupons, horrible meal for $44 and we were not able to drive all the way back or we would have. It was the Owner or Manager packaging it and it was obviously overcooked so he intentionally sent it out that way. Will never go back to Wye Road Location!
