  Friendly and fresh product. I always had a good experience at this clean store, fresh meat, excellent service and took the time to explain where the product is coming from. As Google shows it is open today from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Don't rely on Google, just give a call to make sure it is open.

  Order a whole bison tenderloin and he sold some of it the day before my family dinner. Had to look elsewhere to supply the steaks for a family birthday. Not very dependable.

  Always happy with the meat! I was surprised to read another review saying the business has bad customer service. I disagree fully. I have been coming to the butchers block for years and have always found the experience friendly, professional and the cuts of meat are great.

  Very reasonable prices, they sell containers of duck fat which is great to cook with, all their cuts are very good quality, the staff will even cut pieces upon request. The only drawback I've noticed is that they're hesitant to grind meat on request due to how much of a pain it is to clean the grinder.
