I was completely ignored by the staff behind the till while he spoke on the phone in another language for ten minutes even after several attempts to politely get his attention. I left the store without purchasing what I came in for. My husband went in and staff immediately hung up the phone to serve him. Husband stated what had just happened and the staff member called my husband a liar and refused to provide his managers information for us to file a formal complaint. We will be finding the contact information for management.
