  I had Edmonton irrigation install a system on my previous house. They were able to do stuff that other companies said would be impossible. From start to finish the install crew were amazing and the service techs have been great. I've just contacted them again to do my new house.

  This year I moved into a new home with an underground sprinkler system that wasn't operating. A few weeks ago I made an appointment for EI to come to my house to check it out. I spoke with a nice woman on the phone, and she booked an appt for Aug 8 - and technician's name is Nathan. I booked the time off work to make the appt. On Aug 8 Nathan did not show. I called in the morning and left a v-mail. I called later in the afternoon and a child answered the phone. I realize services like this are in high-demand, and can easily get busy - especially in the summer months, but no reply to my phone calls? No acknowledging that a mistake was made? No offer to reschedule? No respect!
